There was a time when a person would need to sign a contract with a company. This was a time when the person had to sign a contract that was binding. There was a fee owed to the company. The person would receive the contract and sign the contract. That contract would be the company’s money. The person was also required to make a monthly payment to the company. The person would receive the monthly payment and be on the hook for that payment.
But then the company and the person’s relationship got more complicated. The person’s company now has a partner and a relationship that is not one sided. The person’s contract has been changed and the company has now become the person’s employer. The person no longer has to pay the company but the company now doesn’t have to pay the person.
To make a payment to the company, the person needs to prove they have the money. At its best, the person can prove they have the money by proving the company is making money. But then the company can refuse to pay and the person is stuck with the bill.
What an interesting concept.
The idea of “person” is a bit of a difficult one to understand when we’re talking about people. I understand that a person is defined in our society as an individual who is a legal person, so I know I can’t just look at a person and say, “That person” (as in, the person with whom I am currently speaking) is that person. But I’m not sure how to explain to people that a company is also a legal person.
As a result of being in the company the person is never allowed to spend another day with the company or the company’s employees, they are free to do whatever they want.
This is the most common mistake people make, and usually we blame the corporate world for it. And the same can be said about the world of sports as well. The best example is the NFL, as they are the only major sport in America that is not run by a government.
If a team is so bad that it can’t get any fans and is constantly losing, why would anyone bother with them? What purpose does it serve to the league to have the teams based in a few cities? The answer is quite simple. The NFL has the power to force all teams to play their home games in that city. If a team is not able to get enough fans to keep them viable, the team could be moved to a different city.
In the NFL, it’s all about keeping the team in place. This is why the NFL has the power to force teams to stay in a certain city, and it is why they have the power to move teams to another city when they run out of home field advantage. It is also why the NFL makes sure teams have enough money to pay their players. If the only money a team makes is the amount that the stadium pays out in tickets, then the team can afford to pay the players.
The NFL has an interesting little concept of “funder meaning.” The teams that are moved to another city are given more money and the team is given a new city to play in. This new city is often a different city and the team will be able to continue to play there for the next season. This new city can be a city that is not a city that the team has played in before.
