What we see and hear, our thoughts and feelings, and what we do to try to control how they play out are all controlled by our female tiger, our “self-aware” brain. And the female tiger is so powerful, that you can’t even get her to go after you. When you look at something, you are going to see it. You are going to hear it. You are going to feel it.
So, when we look at something, we feel it. That’s why it can be so powerful. But our female tiger doesn’t just see it. She makes us feel it. And that feeling is our thoughts. That’s why we’re so powerful. And that is why our thoughts control so much of what happens in our lives.
As it turns out, the way we think about things, and the way we do it, is different when we think about the self-aware mind. It’s not just how we think about things, but the way we think about them, even if they’re not self-aware. The way we think about the mind is the way we think about our own self-awareness.

The unconscious choice is when you dont know what you would do if you were the one doing the action. The unconscious choice is what happens when you dont have that information.
