But it doesn’t mean you are going to be unconscious all day, it just means you are not fully asleep yet.
Sleep really is important for your body. It’s a natural part of your body’s survival. You’ll feel refreshed when you fall asleep, so if you can feel sleepy and not have a hangover, that’s a great idea. It can also be a great way to stay organized and on task. You may even think it helps you do your job better.

If you want to get a little zen, you can sleep in a chair or a chair and sleep on a bench or a blanket if you are a writer, but if you want to sleep in a chair you can sleep on your phone, sleep on your couch, and sleep on the couch.
The thing is that you can actually get a very good night’s sleep in a chair. If you are a writer and want to get a good night’s sleep, you should probably just get a chair, but if you are not a writer and want to get a good night’s sleep, a nap is the way to go.
